Each property must be in great condition, fully furnished, decluttered of personal belongings, and present no obvious hazards or concerns that may deter guests. It must also have at minimum: keyless access, a locked supply closet, two pillows for each head, extra linens for each bed, and all basic amenities any guest would expect. 

Property Setup & Design:

• Depends on scope of work (approximately $100/hr, $1,000 minimum)
• Average of $2,500 per property, plus costs of all purchases and contracted labor if needed

Rental Management:

• 25% of rental revenue

Rental Consulting:

• Initial phone consultation is free
• Beyond that, we charge $100/hr (in 30 min increments)

This depends entirely on the readiness of your property and the scope of design work. If it meets the standards outlined above, we can create your listing, curate the guest experience and be ready to go live within a week!

First, we focus on issue prevention by periodically changing batteries, light bulbs and air filters. If something is broken or in need of repair, the cleaner will troubleshoot and attempt to solve in the moment. Otherwise, we will hire a handyman to come as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. We pass the additional costs along to you with no upcharge whatsoever. For major work over $500, we reach out for approval in advance.
