Hands down the best decision to switch from a property management company to Sans Souci’s cohosting services! I was struggling to find competent help in the Russian River area until Sans Souci. Since they have taken over, the amount of bookings have skyrocketed and have been receiving rave reviews on Airbnb. If you are looking for someone to care for your home, look no further!
This cabin is 5+++ in every way. I am in the tourism industry, and David and Chad are spot-on in thinking of their guest. The cottage is cozy, and the location is ideal. The layout and thoughtfulness of things a guest might need are incredible. The record selection was great, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. We didn’t want to leave!

David and Chad are clear professionals — consistent with communication; effective problem solvers which makes for a stress free experience; smart consultants, and all around awesome guys. Five star company, 10/10 recommend.
Absolute fantastic experience! The communication was excellent and the welcome book was the best we have ever seen. The decor was fun, tasteful, intentionally coordinated, and welcoming. This is a house that was designed and furnished by its owners to reflect something expressive about who they are and they are sharing it with me/us/you. There is a perfectly respectable place for functional but anonymous vacation rental, but that’s not what this is. This was an experience that felt like a privilege. The owners weren’t there but we constantly felt like they were anticipating and providing for every need or want just before we had it. Bravo.
